Thomas M. Gordon, a shareholder at Gross Shuman, has been with the firm since 2006. He focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate law. From initial formation and set up to succession planning and profitable sale, Thomas provides practical counsel and solutions to businesses at all stages.
In connection with his general business practice, Thomas also assists clients in the areas of federal and state securities law and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, not-for profits, cross-border transactions, estate planning, and commercial real estate and financing.
He belongs to the Erie County and New York Bar Associations and is on the board of directors of the UB Law Alumni Association, Community Concern of WNY, Inc., and Nickel City Community Reinvestment, Inc. Tom volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House of Western New York and formerly with the Literacy Volunteers of Buffalo and Erie County and City of Buffalo Code Blue.
