The offices of Gross Shuman P.C. are
open for business . . . even if it isn’t business as usual.
We want to thank you for your loyalty, understanding and patience as our attorneys and staff continue to work in a hybrid model, both in-office and remotely. Our team has adjusted to the “new normal,” and our attorneys and staff continue to provide the timely, high-quality legal services our business and individual clients have long come to expect.
We also want to assure you that the health and well-being of our attorneys, staff, clients, and other visitors remains our highest priority.
With that in mind, meetings and conferences will, with a few exceptions, continue to be conducted by telephone or video conference. Witnessing and notarization of wills, deeds, powers of attorney, and other legal instruments can also conducted by video conference as well. Most documents and correspondence will be exchanged electronically (fax and email).
We appreciate your understanding as we work to best serve you during these unprecedented times.
If you have concerns about the technical requirements needed to comply with our new protocols, please call us anytime (716) 854-4300, and we will be happy to assist you.
For those rare occasions where a visit to our office is necessary, we will provide a safe and clean environment for your meeting. All visitors will be required to use available hand sanitizer, wear a mask or cloth covering of the nose and mouth and maintain social distancing. Our attorneys and staff scrupulously observe the same protocol.
We look forward to continuing to serve our loyal clients, as well as welcoming new clients to our firm. The world may look radically different than it did when 2020 began, but one thing remains unchanged: our commitment to serve every client with understanding, respect, candor and vigor.
Our firm has a wide range of practice areas where we commit ourselves to providing the most thoughtful, effective legal representation possible.
