Gross Shuman P.C. Names Carolyn Lavin DeVaughn Shareholder
Buffalo, NY – Gross Shuman P.C. is pleased to announce that attorney Carolyn Lavin DeVaughn has been named a shareholder in the firm.

Ms. DeVaughn joined Gross Shuman in 2019 and concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law, banking and finance and estate planning.
She is also very active in the legal community including serving as a member of the House of Delegates for the American Bar Association, as a past co-chair of the Bar Association of Erie County Young Lawyers Committee and as a member of the Charles S. Desmond American Inn of Court. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Counselors of WNY.
