Buffalo, NY –Gross Shuman P.C. is pleased to announce attorney D. Charles “Charlie” Roberts Jr. has joined the firm.

Mr. Roberts brings over 25 years of legal experience to his new role at Gross Shuman as a litigator, most recently as the owner of Roberts Law PLLC. He is also a former Assistant General Counsel for Delaware North.

At Gross Shuman, Mr. Roberts will focus his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and business disputes, construction law, healthcare law, and property law, as well as providing general counsel services.

“I have known many of the Gross Shuman attorneys for years, and I am excited to join them,” Roberts said. “The firm has a deep history in Buffalo, and I am looking forward to working as part of their team to best serve our clients.”

Mr. Roberts earned his undergraduate degree from Buffalo State University, majoring in economics. He went on to graduate from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

He has served the Western New York community in many capacities including as a past director of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Foundation, a past president of the University at Buffalo School of Law Alumni Association, GOLD Group, and the Park School, where he is an Alumni Class Agent.
